I’m starting to see a pattern with British serial killers. They all seem to originate from Yorkshire!

Griffiths is famous for the “Bradford Murders” and his career started in June of 2009 until his arrest in May of 2010.

 

I remember eating breakfast one morning and watching the progress of his trail on BBC News. Griffiths’ career was short although I get the feeling that had he not been caught when he was, his killing career could have been as prolific as any other serial killer of our day.

 

Griffiths targeted sex workers in Bradford Yorkshire. He has been convicted of killing three women and disposing of their bodies in a local river. Only one body that of victim Susan Rushworth, has never been found.

While in police custody, Griffiths attempted suicide on four separate occasions. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of release after pleading guilty in court.
